Program Overview


      激光先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)及應用國際培訓班將于2019年10月13日至11月1日在中國溫州舉行。此次培訓班由中國科學(xué)技術(shù)部國際合作司主辦,溫州大學(xué)激光與光電智能制造研究院承辦。溫州作為中國改革開(kāi)放的前沿,在智能制造、激光技術(shù)及應用等方面取得了矚目的成績(jì),被中國科學(xué)技術(shù)部列為中國(溫州)激光與光電產(chǎn)業(yè)集群基地。此次培訓班旨在分享中國智能制造先進(jìn)技術(shù)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,幫助發(fā)展中國家的高層管理人員、技術(shù)人員和研究人員拓展視野,提高學(xué)術(shù)和工程技能,增加對中國、特別是溫州的了解,促進(jìn)國際交流與合作,共享“一帶一路”發(fā)展機遇。

     The 2019 International Workshop of Advanced Laser Manufacturing Technology and Applications will be held from October 13th, 2019 to November 1st, 2019 at Wenzhou, Zhejiang, P. R. China. This workshop is sponsored by the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and organized by the Institute of Laser and Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing, Wenzhou University. The objectives of this workshop are to share the up-to-date technologies and practical experience of China's laser and intelligent manufacturing industry; to help the participants including senior management, technicians and researchers from the developing world to get familiar with China’s industrial environment; to help enrich the research and engineering skill sets of participating personnel; and to establish a platform for international communication and cooperation following the “Belt and Road Initiatives(BRI)" .

      本次培訓班將邀請20余位來(lái)自發(fā)展中國家的參加者。參加者完成所有課程并且評估合格,將獲得中國科學(xué)技術(shù)部頒發(fā)的證書(shū)。

   The workshop will be conducted by government officials, professors, senior corporate executives and technical experts, with contents covering the overview of the national and local economy and policies, academic knowledge that serves the research needs and practical skills and experience to meet the industrial interests. Both lectures and site trips will be included in the program and conducted in English. Tuition and accommodation will be sponsored by the organizer, the participants only need to take care of their transportation of arrival and departure.

      課程將由政府官員、知名教授、企業(yè)高管和技術(shù)專(zhuān)家講授,內容涵蓋中國與地方經(jīng)濟概況、理論知識和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗、高級研究和當前應用等。培訓研討會(huì )形式包括講座和實(shí)地考察,并且都以英語(yǔ)呈現。參加者免學(xué)費和食宿費用。

      The size of this program is limited to 20 persons from the developing countries, who will be issued a certificate by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China after they complete all workshops and pass the qualification.

     溫州大學(xué)副校長(cháng),教授,博導,享受?chē)鴦?wù)院政府特殊津貼,溫州市杰出人才,中國激光加工技術(shù)委員會(huì )副主任,國家級激光加工機器人國際科技合作基地主任,浙江省激光加工機器人重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室主任,激光與光電智能制造浙江省工程實(shí)驗室主任。研究方向為機械制造與自動(dòng)化、激光加工技術(shù)。

  Vice President of Wenzhou University, Ph.D. Supervisor, Wenzhou Eminent Scientist, Deputy Director of China Laser Processing Technology Committee, Director of National-International Collaboration Platform of Laser Processing Robotics, Director of Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Laboratory of Laser and Photo-electronic Intelligent Manufacturing. Research field mainly includes mechanical manufacturing and automation, laser processing technology.

1、洪明輝:新加坡國立大學(xué)教授, 新加坡工程院院士,新加坡工程學(xué)會(huì )(IES)會(huì )士,美國光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì )(OSA)會(huì )士,國際光學(xué)工程會(huì )(SPIE)會(huì )士以及國際光子與激光工程學(xué)會(huì )(IAPLE)會(huì )士及創(chuàng )會(huì )秘書(shū)長(cháng)。他所領(lǐng)導的激光微納加工實(shí)驗室在超快激光微納加工領(lǐng)域享有國際聲譽(yù)。

2、唐煜:墨西哥國家科學(xué)院院士、國立自治大學(xué)最高終身教授。研究方向為智能控制、自適應控制、以及非線(xiàn)性系統的辨識和觀(guān)測器的設計在衛星、航天、智能機器人以及汽車(chē)工程中的應用。

3、Jongyoon Han ,美國麻省理工學(xué)院終身教授,麻省理工學(xué)院生物工程與微流控實(shí)驗室主任,微納流體力學(xué)及微流控芯片技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的國際頂級專(zhuān)家。

4、Vyacheslav A.Trofimov:莫斯科國立大學(xué)教授,擁有激光物理和數學(xué)與控制雙博士學(xué)位,在國際激光物理學(xué)領(lǐng)域享有國際聲譽(yù),三次獲得俄羅斯國家科學(xué)院院士提名。

5、馮愛(ài)新:教授,博士,博士生導師,中國機械工業(yè)“激光沖擊波加工技術(shù)”重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室副主任,全國殘余應力學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì )副秘書(shū)長(cháng),錢(qián)江學(xué)者。研究方向為激光加工與檢測技術(shù)、模具設計與制造。

6、Sergey Konovalov:俄羅斯聯(lián)邦薩馬拉大學(xué)國家研究型大學(xué)航空與金屬材料系主任和首席科學(xué)家,所領(lǐng)導的金屬與航空材料實(shí)驗室享有國際聲譽(yù),獲得俄羅斯聯(lián)邦杰出年輕科學(xué)家總統基金等二十余項。

7、陳希章:教授、博士。美國橡樹(shù)嶺國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室博士后,國際焊接工程師,錢(qián)江學(xué)者,現任中國焊接學(xué)會(huì )機器人與自動(dòng)化專(zhuān)委會(huì )委員、中國機械工程學(xué)會(huì )高級會(huì )員。研究方向為機器人焊接智能化、先進(jìn)材料和焊接材料。

8、向家偉:博士,教授,浙江省萬(wàn)人計劃科技創(chuàng )新領(lǐng)軍人才、151人才工程重點(diǎn)培養人才、錢(qián)江學(xué)者、洪堡學(xué)者、日本JSPS學(xué)者。研究方向為機電液系統狀態(tài)監測與故障診斷。

9、Yaroslav Vyklyuk:布科維尼安私立大學(xué)教授、副校長(cháng)(主要負責科學(xué)與國際關(guān)系)2017年烏克蘭總統獎獲得者。主要利用人工智能技術(shù)、數據挖掘、大數據、并行計算、計量經(jīng)濟學(xué)、經(jīng)濟物理學(xué)以及其他高級數學(xué)方法從事數據科學(xué),應用系統分析,數學(xué)建模和復雜動(dòng)態(tài)決策系統等領(lǐng)域的研究。

1. Prof. Hong Minghui: Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Engineering, Professor of the National University of Singapore, member of organizing committees for Laser Precision Micromachining International Conference (2001~2016), International Symposium of Functional Materials (2005, 2007 and 2014), Chair of International Workshop of Plasmonics and Applications in Nanotechnologies (2006), Chair of Conference on Laser Ablation (2009) and Chair of Asia-Pacific Near-field Optics Conference (2013). Optical Science and Engineering Center and micro-nano laser processing laboratory led by professor Hong enjoys great academic success and international reputation.

2. Prof. Tang Yu: Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Mexico and the highest tenured professor of National Autonomous University. His research areas include intelligent control, adaptive control, the application of nonlinear systems identification and observers designing in areas of satellite, aerospace, intelligent robotics, automotive engineering, etc.

3. Prof. Jongyoon Han: tenured professor of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), director of the Bioengineering and Microfluidics Laboratory at MIT, and top international expert in Micro-nanofluidics and microfluidic chip technology.

4. Prof. Vyacheslav A.Trofimov: Professor of Moscow State University, with dual Ph.D. in Laser Physics and Mathematics & Control. He enjoys an international reputation in the field of international laser physics and was nominated for three times by the Russian Academy of Sciences.

5. Prof. Feng Aixin: Ph.D. Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Laser Shock Wave Processing Technology of China Machinery Industry, Deputy Secretary General of the National Residual Stress Academic Committee. His research interests include laser processing and inspection technology, mold design and manufacturing.

6. Prof. Sergey Konovalov: Chief Scientist, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Science, mainly engaged in interdisciplinary research in modern physics and new materials and an expert of surface engineering of metallic materials (especially high energy beam processing).

7. Prof. Chen Xizhang: Postdoctoral of the State Key Laboratory of Oak Ridge, USA, International Welding Engineer, currently a member of the Robotics and Automation Committee of the China Welding Society, senior member of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society. His research areas include intelligent robot welding, advanced materials and welding materials.

8. Prof. Xiang Jiawei: Leading Scientist in Technological Innovation of “Ten Thousand Talent Program”, Key Cultivation Talent of “151 Talent Project”, Qianjiang Scholar, Humboldt Scholar, Japan JSPS Scholar. Research directions are condition monitoring of Electro-hydraulic system and fault diagnosis.

9. Prof. Yaroslav Vyklyuk: vice-rector of PHEI "Bukovinian University", Ukraine, Prize-winner of the President of Ukraine award for young scientists in 2017. Research Interests are Data Science, Applied System Analysis, Mathematical Modeling of Complex Socio-Economic and Crisis systems using Artificial Intelligence Technology, Data Mining, Big Data, Parallel Calculations, Econometrics, Econophysics and other Advanced Mathematical Methods.
